Supplies for Q-tip Juneteenth Flag Painting

  • Cotton swabs
  • Paint
  • Juneteenth flag template
  • Paper plate or paint palette
  • White cardstock

Directions

  1. First, download and print the Juneteenth flag template.
  2. Next, add red, white and blue paint to either a paper plate or paint palette.
  3. Finally, dip a cotton swab in blue paint then dot the top portion of the flag. Use a different cotton swab to paint the bottom portion of the flag red. Now use a different cotton swab to paint the burst and star white. Set it aside to dry.
