Supplies for Q-tip Juneteenth Flag Painting

Cotton swabs
Paint
Juneteenth flag template
Paper plate or paint palette
White cardstock

Directions

First, download and print the Juneteenth flag template.
Next, add red, white and blue paint to either a paper plate or paint palette.
Finally, dip a cotton swab in blue paint then dot the top portion of the flag. Use a different cotton swab to paint the bottom portion of the flag red. Now use a different cotton swab to paint the burst and star white. Set it aside to dry.
