- Construction paper
- White cardstock
- Glue

Directions
- First, gather all your supplies to make this torn paper Juneteenth flag.
- Next, let your kids tear red, black and green construction paper into small pieces.
- Finally, use a glue stick to apply the pieces of paper to the white cardstock. Start with red at the top, then black and green.
